H.O.T.rack 1/32 Scale Scalextric Spiral Supports

There is one caution when using our 1/32 Scale Spiral support structures.
They are designed for 1 full revolution of track usage, if you wish to get out sooner, at say 315 degrees, it is best to exit with a R2 in the oposite direction, (as shown below) like in a peanut spiral.
In this case the caution does not apply.
If you wish to exit at say 315 degrees with a straight track, like in the image below, then this caution applies.
The arm on the next level up will be in the flow of traffic.
As shown in the image below.
The next two images have an extra arm to show before and after bending in the same image.
You will need to bend the arm on the next level up about 45 degrees half way out it's length to get it out of the way of traffic flow.
The arm will bend fairly easily, and will be easier to straighten later if a large radius bend is used.
The powdercoat finish will stretch and shrink as needed when the arm is bent with a large radius as well.
This should be done only a few times to any one arm, because the structure will be slightly weakened each time it is bent and straightened back out again.

So kept this caution in mind when designing your layouts using H.O.T.rack 1/32 Scale Scalextric Spiral supports.
